Sales
- All sales including pre-orders are final.
- Longarming services are typically completed within 1–2 weeks. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
Returns
- We do not accept returns nor offer refunds on longarming services. If you have a concern, please contact us right away.
- To be eligible for a product return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days. Please include the item, invoice number, and reason.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide return instructions or issue a refund.
Shipping
- We are not responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit.
- Once items are taken to the Post Office, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
