Refund policy

Sales

  • All sales including pre-orders are final.
  • Longarming services are typically completed within 1–2 weeks. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns nor offer refunds on longarming services. If you have a concern, please contact us right away.
  • To be eligible for a product return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days. Please include the item, invoice number, and reason.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide return instructions or issue a refund.

Shipping

  • We are not responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit.
  • Once items are taken to the Post Office, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
