February Projects

Full transparency, things are a bit of a slow start. NGL, I anticipated this and I'm enjoying it at the same time. Over the last few months while I kicked off Wanderlust Quilt Studio, I've been focusing on learning website design, content planning, and setting long-term goals and revisiting them. I've been finishing a ton of quilt kits too, which has helped film content.

I've never been big on social media and rarely post on my personal pages. It's been a learning curve, but another enjoyable way to be creative.

What I'm working on

I recently finished my Retro Hearts Quilt. I had a ton of Tula Pink Linework fabric and loved the idea of black and white quilts. I thought this was a perfect project for February. ♥

What I'm reading

I love all kinds of genres and often read two books at a time. While I'm quilting, I typically listen to an audiobook. It's funny—when I look at some of my completed quilts, I give them a side eye depending on the book I was reading. IYKYK.

At the moment, I am reading Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah. I fell in love with Kristin Hannah after reading The Nightingale and have read most of her books since.
